We are interested in algorithmic and statistical problems arising in genomics and molecular biology. Particularly, we are working on problems of sentimental duplications in genome evolution, fragment assembly in DNA sequencing, MS/MS spectra interpretation and assembly, computational glycomics and glycoproteomics and regulatory genomics ( computational *omics ).
